13.2.1 Payments for goods and/or services are handled separately from this website and are subject to the applicable quote, proposal, credit terms or other written agreement concluded with Bidvest Steiner.

13.2.2 Terms relating to returns, refunds, warranties, service levels, cancellations, delivery, complaints, dispute resolution and other commercial matters will be governed by the applicable written agreement between you and Bidvest Steiner, or by terms supplied when business is conducted, subject always to applicable law.
